Introduction to Management TrainingThis course has been designed for people recently (or about to be) appointed to a management position, or those deemed to have management potential which can be developed. They will be introduced to the fundamentals of management and their responsibilities in managing individuals.

A heavy emphasis is placed on achieving results through other people. Key skills developed include good communication, an understanding of what motivates and what de-motivates a team and effective delegation.

The course also aims to give an understanding of various management styles and where they can be used most appropriately in the work cycle.
